Paloalto

This design features a functional layout with two wings and a central courtyard. It offers an open-plan common area that seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor spaces, perfect for family living and entertaining. The exterior has a modern look with clean lines, large windows, and a covered porch. Inside, the children's wing includes two rooms connected by a shared bathroom. The master's area comprises a spacious bedroom, a study/home office, a laundry, and a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in closet. The backyard, connected with the master's area, includes a private jacuzzi, lush garden, outdoor shower, and a separate gym.

The central area of the house is an open floor plan that includes the living room, dining room, and kitchen. It features large folding glass doors surrounding the interior patio, allowing abundant natural light and a smooth transition between indoor and outdoor areas. The kitchen is designed with custom cabinetry, top-of-the-line appliances, an island with a breakfast bar, and ample counter and storage space.

KITCHEN-LIVING ROOM CAMPBELL
We integrate the kitchen area with the living room and thus connect them with the backyard to create an open and spacious design. By removing the wall and reinforcing the structure, I was able to achieve seamless flow between these areas.

To define the different zones within the kitchen area, two islands could be incorporated. An island can double as a bar area, providing a space to sit and socialize. The second island is designated as the main area of the kitchen, outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances and custom cabinetry to ensure functionality and style.

We changed the finish of the fireplace to enhance the visual connection between the bar-kitchen area and the living room. We were able to choose a finish that complements the overall aesthetic of the kitchen and creates a harmonious dialogue with the surrounding elements.

MASTER BATHROOM-SILVER CREEK

We have made some significant changes to this area of the master bathroom. By removing the bathtub and expanding the dressing room, we have created more space in the bathroom. The relocation of the toilet and shower area allowed us to redesign the layout and create a more open and functional space.

Using different tile, wood finishes and custom designed cabinets added visual interest and a distinctive look to the bathroom, in this case the clients wanted us to achieve a contemporary look.
